Had insurance with them since 2015, I was dropped July last year and not notified, called today to get an explanation, were not able to find the communication that was sent regarding this. After so many years of partnership I’m disappointed that I fell through the cracks, was supposed to get a call back with more clarification from the underwriting department and didn’t get a call back. Went with Allstate as of today!
