"We moved from Montana to Tucson 3 years ago and have used State Farm Ins. for over 50 years, so it was a no-brainer to sign up in Arizona. I recently needed to suspend coverage on one of my vehicles because it needs a major repair I cannot afford at this time. I spoke with Kat and she was so accommodating and friendly. She took care of the suspension then ran off several other quotes for me for my other vehicle to make it easier to save and get my crippled car running sooner. After some checking on my part I called her today and made a change in coverage. She took care of everything quickly and followed with an email detailing what we had done. I have been very pleased with the Craney office and their employees. Thank you, Kat!"

"As much as it sounds like a television ad, Dez made switching to State Farm a breeze! We have all the same coverage, but for over $100/month less than we were paying! I have never switched insurance before, and I was pretty nervous about it. It was so easy! Dez had most of my info ready to go and was very nice when I asked silly questions.
