"I recently spent some time on the phone with Stephen and he was incredibly helpful and patient. I had a few changes I wanted to make and he offered some options that aligned with my needs and followed up with emails to confirm. Actually, this is the first time I’ve been satisfied with an insurance agency.
Edited to add: Nancy Craney’s State Farm office is local and every time I’ve called with questions an actual human answered and helped me with my auto and property policies. Today, I spoke with Devin, who was knowledgeable and helpful, as well as friendly. I appreciate that this company has a local office and is employing local people!"
